Connecting the dots between work, life, leadership, and everything in between.

Two Dots is a connective network and consulting practice that brings people and ideas together to solve problems, spark growth, and build strength—individually and collectively. We create space to reflect, strategize, and support each other across all the spaces we lead, live and imagine.

Stay in the Loop (Kind Of)!

We’re not big on inbox clutter—and we don’t send a regular newsletter (yet). But we are big on building a community of thoughtful, curious, and purpose-driven people who want to connect the dots between work, life, leadership, and everything in between.

Want to say hello, ask a question, or explore ways to work together? Drop us a note. We’d love to hear from you.

Subscribe anyway—just in case we ever do have something worth sharing. We promise not to waste your time.

How It Started

For us, connecting the dots isn’t just how we work—it’s how we live

It began with Friday sessions—just the two of us, carving out time to process the full, beautiful, and often overwhelming complexity of our lives. We showed up with the hard questions, the big wins, the missed turns, and the quiet doubts. And in doing so, we discovered something powerful: when you make space for honest reflection and shared insight, you create a force multiplier for growth.

We took turns being each other’s mirror and candle—illuminating blind spots, celebrating clarity., holding each other accountable to our purpose. We reminded each other not to play small. And we laughed. A lot.

That rhythm of connection became our practice. And now, it’s the foundation for everything we build.

No one gets there alone. Let’s connect the dots.

DotConnects

DotConnects are intentional, curated spaces designed by and for women of color. These gatherings are more than conversations—they’re catalysts. They bring together friends and peers to help create the conditions that we need to not just survive, but to thrive.

In systems that were not built for us in mind, DotConnects offer something different: a space of safety, solidarity, and strategy. A space to be fully seen, to speak truth, and to support one another in navigating leadership, ambition, purpose, and power.

Whether you’re:

  • Accelerating your growth as a leader

  • Dreaming of financial freedom

  • Craving authentic connection with women who get it

…DotConnects are here to help you link up, level up, and move forward—together.

Join us in doing what generations of women have always done: connect the dots for each other so that we can get to where we’re meant to go.

We are
Two Dots

Two dots is a connective network designed to bring ideas, people, and strategies to solve complex challenges, build capacity, and support growth. We exist to help individuals and organizations strengthen themselves and each other across all the spaces they lead, serve, and imagine.

Connecting the dots is just the spark. Let’s ignite change together.

  • Co-Founder

This is Giselle. She’s a fundraiser, funder, nonprofit strategist, and trained lawyer. who thrives at the intersection of change and transformation. She loves living life on her growing edge—always learning and evolving. Learning is her hobby. Writing is her gift.

And if there’s music playing, she’s probably dancing—preferably barefoot in the kitchen or at a family party.

  • For more than 20 years, Giselle has been a connector—of people, ideas, resources, and institutions—all in service of building a better world. She has helped generate more than $250M in support of organizations tackling some of the most urgent challenges of our time: health, economic, and educational equity.

Giselle has held leadership roles at Teach For America, Blue Engine, Health Leads, United Way of Massachusetts Bay, and the Brookline Community Foundation. Across every role she’s remained focused on one goal: revolutionizing the practice of philanthropy by mobilizing private capital for the public good and accelerating creative solutions for social impact.

Born and raised in the Miami (305 forever!), Giselle is a proud first-generation college graduate and first-generation immigrant whose family hails from Barranquilla, Colombia. She now lives in the Greater Boston area with her husband and two children.

By day, she serves as Chief Revenue and Development Officer at the American Exchange Project. By (most) Fridays, she’s building Two Dots with Aziza—dreaming, scheming, and strategizing their way towards better and deeper impact. When she’s not working, she’s probably in motion: exploring new ideas, chasing her kids, or making progress (slow but steady) through the stack of books on her nightstand.

  • Co-Founder

This is Aziza. She is global strategist, connector, and co-founder of Two Dots, known for helping leaders and organizations align their values, operations, and impact. She brings sharp strategy, deep empathy, and a relentless belief in the power of people-centered systems.

  • Aziza is a strategic powerhouse who believes that sustainable social impact only happens when solutions go deeper—addressing root causes and aligning with an organization’s values, culture, operating principles, and commitment to its people. She’s passionate about directing resources toward high-impact, culturally healthy organizations and the self-actualized leaders who make them thrive.

Aziza currently serves as Chief External Affairs Officer at Titling Futures, where she leads with both precision and purpose. As a consultant, she authored The Emerging TechnoSource Destination, a business development and marketing guide funded by the European Union

Her work spans the U.S. and MENA region, partnering with CEOs, boards, and teams to raise over $108 million in funding. She has launched signature campaigns and events, including Teach For America-New Jersey’s The Forecast and From Classroom to Boardroom: Women Changing the Face of Education, as well as Health Leads Massachusetts Advisory Council.

Aziza sits on the boards of BuildX, a social enterprise crowdfunding platform, and Giving Well International.

When she’s not deep in strategy or raising transformative capital, you’ll find her traveling, cooking with her partner and kids, or channeling her inner interior designer. She’s also one-half of the visionary team behind Two Dots, and the co-creator of the Friday calls that sparked it all.
